Joe Gauld has moved to Huntly FC pending SFA approval after a transfer fee was agreed between both clubs.
Manager Steven MacDonald said “Joe is a good guy who was well like by everyone at the club. Unfortunately injuries have held him back recently but he is young and has a good future ahead of him. Joe has decided with his studies / work in Aberdeen and living there that it makes more sense for him to play football closer to Aberdeen at this time”.
Joe added “I’d just like to say thank you to everyone who’s been at the club over the last few years from coaches and players to everyone working at club and all the fans. All been absolutely brilliant with me during the 3 years I’ve had at Forres so wish everyone all the best”.
