Forres Mechanics FC are excited to announce that we are now recruiting for a new and dynamic Scouting Role to support our management team for the upcoming season.
We are looking for a committed, passionate, and football-focused individual to join our Scouting Team.
Role Description:
Deliver detailed scouting reports on upcoming opposition teams, highlighting key strengths and weaknesses
Work closely with the club’s coaching staff to align recruitment strategies and identify target areas
Scout, identify and evaluate players who could be potential signings for the club
Requirements:
Excellent observational skills with the ability to assess players fairly and accurately
Strong understanding of football tactics, player evaluation techniques, and scouting processes
Great communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness and flexibility to travel – including evenings and weekends – to attend matches and events
